Shipping methods
We ship through the logistics service of Kvikk.hu Kft. At checkout you can choose from Kvikk’s partner carriers: GLS, MPL (Hungarian Post), Packeta, Foxpost, DPD and FámaFutár. The methods currently available are always shown at checkout.

Shipping is free for orders over HUF 19,995. The cash on delivery fee is independent of the shipping fee, so it applies even when shipping is free.
Delivery time
We fulfil orders within 5 working days of confirmation at the latest, typically within 1–3 working days for products in stock. Please check the parcel on delivery and ask the courier for a report if it is damaged.
Payment methods
- Online card payment on the secure Stripe payment page. Your card details never reach us.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe.
- Cash on delivery: pay when you receive the parcel, in cash or by card (depending on the courier or pickup point). Fee: HUF 500.
We issue an electronic invoice for every purchase and send it by e-mail. Prices are in HUF and VAT exempt.
