Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 20 days of receiving the product (Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions). You may also withdraw between the conclusion of the contract and receipt of the product.

Fill in the form below and click “Confirm withdrawal”. By submitting the form, you declare that you withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the order specified. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay, stating its content, date and time. No login is required.

Good to know

• Please send back or hand over the product within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal, to: Ventorix Services Kft., Hóvirág utca 2., 2457 Adony, Hungary. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you. We cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
• We will refund the amount paid (including the original delivery fee) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. For cash-on-delivery payments, we will ask for your bank account number.
• You may also withdraw by e-mail (info@fhic.hu) or by post, using the model withdrawal form in Annex 1 of the Terms and Conditions if you wish.
• We process the data you provide as described in Section 3.9 of our Privacy Notice.
