Warranty
The mandatory warranty under Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) applies to products with a sale price of HUF 10,000 or more. Its duration depends on the sale price: 2 years from HUF 10,000 to HUF 250,000, and 3 years above HUF 250,000. Products sold for less than HUF 10,000 (for example on sale) are not covered by the warranty, but your statutory guarantee rights still apply. The warranty period starts on the day the product is handed over.
If the product fails and you make a replacement claim within three working days of receipt, we will replace it if the defect prevents normal use.

Statutory guarantee
If the product is defective, you may request repair or replacement, or if that is not possible, a price reduction or, as a last resort, withdraw from the contract. You can exercise this right for two years from delivery. Under product liability you may request repair or replacement from the manufacturer or distributor.
